Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

RX'd

Just a short, uninteresting question. What does "RX'd" stand for? I'm learning to interpret sentences containing it, but I was just curious.

It's "as perscribed", so you do it as it is on the main site. You can find a list of most of the common acronyms under the FAQ section on the main site.
