I have just made a new toy from some old exercise balls lying around....

Filled a nobbly one with 7kg of water and left slightly deflated and a smooth one with 17kg of water slightly deflated - dam its funny watching people do waiters walks with them:-)

Any other ideas for what exercises could be done with these wibbly wobbly balls?!?!
