Hi,

Got a Couple Questions?

I understand that there are several poeple how are into sports and have to watch thier recovery to work ratio. But....

I know that our eastern block commrads like to do multiple work outs a day. Now normally I do unit PT with my platoon, then noramlly work out in the afternoon. Normally olympic lifting mixed with some pull-ups + work out of the day.
Now when and how should I incorperate my gymnastics??? Handstands, levers, L-sits ect.

Patrick, complete the workout of the day. Use a 15 minute (or less) warm-up to work on gymnastic skills or use it to bring up a weak area (ie. pullups). You could scale the wod to your perception of recovery. If your tired from morning PT scale back the wod. If you feel fresh, go for it!
