Another noobie intro

Long story short - Moved to Baltimore last April for new job, wife had twin girls in August, August through Christmas is pretty hazy although I remember a lot of crying and diapers. Christmas day the girls slept in for the first time.

In January, joined Towson YMCA, found Crossfit 1/29, started w/ scaled1/03/08 WOD on 1/30/08, after grevious humbling was hooked, got through a scaled WOD today, hungry for more (DOMS hasn't hit yet).

to all who post and answer questions. This is obviously a unique community.

Welcome, Trevor. I'm only 3 weeks ahead of you, and I'm hooked for good. Nice to have you aboard.

Trevor don't cry (heh) twins are great. Be sure to find your local twins club and get hooked up with them. I cannot begin to tell you the amount of stuff we have bought and sold at our "twins garage sale" it rocks.

Thanks guys. Paul, my wife has joined the local mother of multiples group and we have already saved $$$. It also periodically let's her get out of the house (and away from me and the twins) to commiserate with other moms.
