Finished my second WOD today. I have been lurking on the boards for quite some time now. Asked numerous questions in regard to nutrition. After some fabulous advice from various members - I finally am confident with my diet. The WOD today made me feel like a total wimp! Great feeling though. I am in Orlando Florida and it was damn hot and humid here. About 10 rounds in pukie said hello and I started dry heaving. After 15 I collapsed and was dry heaving. I am glad I didnt eat anything too close to WOD :-). Anyway - CrossFit rocks! I have never experienced anything like this before. Thanks everyone - for dealing with all of my nagging questions and helping whenever you could.
