Broke in the new garage gym yesterday with this. I think the neighbors are a little skeptical about the new guy on the block.
Used 40 lb dumbbells for the thrusters
Used 115 lb for the cleans (didn't realize this until I was taking things apart).
Subb'd Burpees for pull-ups
The HSPU are what sucked the most, especially rounds two and three!

I am not sure about the short and sweet...

Shoot if I tried that one at the moment, I'd need a calendar to measure my finish time. The ring dips and HSPU is what'd kill me, I don't think I could complete one rep of either the correct way yet.

Matt,

Try normal press ups for the ring dips and any inverted version of press ups (AKA push ups) for the hspu. Not many of our athletes can do 'em as rx'd, but if you fancy a drop, have at it and have fun!

Gordo!

Good to hear from you mate! Hope all is well and the family is cool? Now get on with freaking out the neighbours!

Matt, keep an eye out for the Scaled versions from Jeff Martin. There are a few that do the stupid...er RX'd version but most of us rely on Jeff to provide sane versions as well.

Karl, no worries on freaking out the neighbors - I don't have any window coverings yet! The harley will do it's bit tomorrow morning just to make sure that everyone knows that I am here....

Gordo,

Surely the harley will not raise an eyebrow after they have been introduced to Big Red or his bigger brother. Good to hear that things are moving forward mate. Drop us a line when you get a chance.

Cheers, kempie
