CrossFit Brand X, Crossfit Manchester, and CrossFit Central Scotland all took part in a Christmas Eve WOD, 100 burpees for time. Apparently CrossFit Central Scotland didn't get enough and so they bring this to the table for Painstorm XXI . Pick your own weight, and have at it. Should be fun.


Burpee Bedlam

30 burpees
30 db deadlifts

30 burpees
30 db cleans

30 burpees
30 db presses

30 burpees
30 db push presses

30 burpees
30 db jerks

30 burpees
30 db swings

30 burpees
30 db sdhp's

30 burpees
30 db snatches left/hand

30 burpee
30 db snatches right/hand

30 burpees
30 manmakers

aaahhhhhh!!!!! BURRRRPEEEES.

IT'S NOT MY FAULT.

Don't forget CrossFit Portland, they did 100 Burpees on Christmas Day. Sounds like a new affiliate recruited for Painstorm.

Man makers are basically weighted burpees with an additional twist. Loads of fun.

Gordon as usual understated.

When we learned them they were called Manbreakers. I believe it is a more appropriate name.
