Re: Painstorm - July '09

Round 1 - 25 / 9
Round 2 - 25/ 11
Round 3 - 25/ 10

Total - 75/ 30 - 105

No more than 10 seconds extraneous rest on any round - generally jamming all the way to the finish to get my chosen nice round number. Runs were ... not fast ... but I think the reward for much more effort here would have been more bar staring

Nasty little beast!!

Cheers, kempie

Re: Painstorm - July '09

Did this one with Kempie

round 1 30/15
round 2 32/15
round 3 24/18

total 134

Just kept up with Kempie on the runs, pretty much a bimble. Went hard and fast on the C&J stopping at 30 with around a minute and a half to spare before rest. No chance was I going to work until the end, planned on hitting 25's but I'm happy with the 2x Grace. Last round of C&J wasn't the best, decided on the runs to cut back to 25 and then up the M/Us to 20. Close but no cigar.

Nice workout.

Re: Painstorm - July '09

A little late to the party but got this one done today.

C&J 20, 16, 13 = 49
MU 14, 13, 12 = 39
Total = 88

The October Painstorm is just too scary to contemplate so I pulled this one out.

Re: Painstorm - July '09

Due to a disagreement with the groundsman at the local rugby pitch over hanging rings up on his posts this got altered slightly by a mate and me to
AMRAP ring dips, then matched with deadhang pull ups, and
AMRAP ground to overhead 30kg sandbag
and the run is about 520m

It was unpleasant

Totals were
Dips and pull ups 18 / 15 / 15 of each
C and J 23 / 21 / 21

Total = 113
