Agreed. Having both celiac disease and obesity in my family, it should have given me a clue earlier in life that maybe this whole grain thing wasn't for me.

I think that it's funny that he just lays it out there that if you have access to meat, veggies, and fruit, that you have no need to consume grain for any reason.

Laura, surely beer is an exemption. If all grains were intoxicating, i'd eat the hell out of some oatmeal.

It's actually advertising Honda (and my fellow Ducatisti would be horrified at that fact). Corona owns the Honda factory AMA motorcycle roadracing superbike team. I was an umbrella girl for Neil Hodgsen and Jake Holden. Wearing the suit is part of that. So was I a face for Corona? Indirectly, yes. And Eric Buell came up and hugged the Honda team manager in tears after their season's victory. It's all just about motorcycles. Lots of fast motorcycles. Do I drink Corona? From time to time, yes, although I do prefer wheat beers.

I just found it amusing that a post containing the phrase "no need to consume grain for any reason" also advertised a grain-based product.
