Good point, it has that is why I keep my legs in front. Also if you wear jeans it will keep it from slipping. Also space the band out where you hang it. This will give you space for your shoulders. I hope to get my muscle-up back soon. I'm just sharing two different techniques on how to practice at home. I have not done a muscle-up since I was 15 years old and many lbs lighter. I never thought of it as an exercise back then, just way on how to get on the rings.

Yes, work and family safe recorded by my 12 year old son.
