Evan's WOD and Starting Strength Log!

Hey everyone. I have just gotten into crossfit the past few months, prior to that I competed in bodybuilding competitions and powerlifting. I have been a personal trainer for 6 years, and am in the process of becomming a crossfit coach.

Goals:
maintain/gain strength
slowly lean up (8%)
increase my endurance and performance

Workout:
Monday: SS
Tuesday: WOD
Wenesday: SS
Thursday: WOD
Friday: SS
Saturday: Off/hike/run
Sunday: OFF

Diet:
Modified paleo, carbs pre/post workout (oats, honey, legumes)
2,800 cals

Here we go!

First day of starting strength. Solid workout, took things a bit light.

Back Squats:
225X5
225X5
225X5

Bench Press:
185X5
185X5
185X5

Deadlifts:
275X5

Weighted Dips:
bw+50X6
bw+50X6
bw+50X6

BB Curls:
95X8
95X8

also did some hyperextentions and situps.

Picked up some new vibrams today... man I love these shoes! WOD tomorrow.
