I just bought it to take a look at the warm-up. I can't see Fitness Test 5, though; there's a big chunk of white page at the top of page 6 before the heading 'Scoring the Tests.'
Could somebody please shoot me an email on how to fix the problem or just tell me what the fitness test 5 is?

Thank you,

Ross Hunt

I'm too lazy to email you, especially as I haven't configured outlook express to my email. The problem can probably be solved by updating your Acrobat reader. If you don't know how to do that I suggest you do 800m, 75lb thruster x21, L-pullups x21 until you figure it out:wink::wink:

Graham,

Thanks. I did a double-take when I read your message, though. 21 L-Pull-Ups!

Another warm-up I've seen Coach use is a circuit of squats, push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, starting with 1 rep each, working your way up to 7 reps, then back down to 1 rep.
