Re: Truly inspired : but can I have my cake and eat it.

hello,

thank you to everyone who left there comments, I will take them on board. Its strange I still go to my chain gym/fitness suite/health club and i am gettin g some funny looks as i start off with power cleans then move to overhead squats and finish on deadlifts.

some people cannot get there head around the fact that I didnt look at my self in the mirror once, and i never did any direct bicep work.

I am moving farther and farthe or is it further and further away from the accepted dogma in our gym culture.......CROSSFIT READING HERE I |COME.(when i have given a months notice at my chain gym/fitness suite/health club)
