I have just become a boulderer again. During the summer I was a routes man. Most of the summer was spent training for a trip to Spain, with about 4 sessions a week of lapping routes. The sessions were pretty intense: up 7a, down 6a, up 6c+, down 6a, up 6c+, down 6a, up 6b, down 6a, up 6b, down 6a Rest whilst partner climbed, repeat. Did it work? yeah, I ended up getting very close to a 7c+, last few moves close. I was training for long pumpy routes though, so that sort of training made sense.

Now I'm back bouldering until christmas then its routes again. The fun never stops.
