Aerodyne and WODs

I just bought an Aerodyne and was curious about something. Should I do my regular morning WODs and then do some hiit on the Aerodyne in the afternoon? Or should a hiit aerodyne workout be the only thing I do in a day?

Re: Aerodyne and WODs

You can definitely do them both on the same day. I usually use mine in the morning either like 30 sec easy 30 sec hard for 15-25 min, or just go at a medium effort for 30 min. Sometimes I'll use it as a cool down after heavy lifting, going for like 10-20 min at an easy pace.

Re: Aerodyne and WODs

Add into your wod in lieu of running or rowing. Or just add it in. 30-60s max effort on rounds. Boom!
6 rounds
3 reps heavy squat
60s max airdyne (don't even worry about 'score', just burn up that clock with a max effort and push yourself).

3 mins
Row 500m
15 cals airdyne
max double unders.

or instead of running in Helen, do a 40 cal airdyne or something.

get creative and use it.
Great for warm up and down too.
