Gymnastics Bodies book

I have not heard any reviews since this book was released earlier this month. There was a lot of chatter prior to the release date. So does coach somers do a good job of breaking down the crossfit gymnastics staples such as:

handstands
HSPU
ring dips
muscle ups
and others??

Comments/reviews...

Re: Gymnastics Bodies book

The book is finished, but not yet off the printers. The preordered copies are estimated to be shipped out the end of next week or so. I'm excited to get my hands on a copy, and once it's actually moving around I'm sure there'll be plenty of reviews on forums like this one.

Scroll down on this thread for Sommer's info on release.

Re: Gymnastics Bodies book

OK well that explains why I haven't seen any book reviews or comments. I guess we can put this thread on hold then.

Re: Gymnastics Bodies book

It appears to have devolved from "at the printers" to "off to the printers in two weeks." I predict in two weeks it will be nearing completion.

Re: Gymnastics Bodies book

I preordered the book and dvds. I'll post a review as soon as I get them. I estimate sometime around 2012 would be accurate.

Can't wait anymore!
I pre-ordered the book and DVDs. The deal was too good to pass.
