Thats Bud Jeffries, he's a real nice guy and a a, VERY strong man.

I was lucky enough to meet him at the October RKC last year. Nice guy and very helpful. Although perhaps not "crossfit" he is certainly very strong with good endurance and flexibility.

At the end of day 1 of the RKC when most of us could barely walk he was able to drop into almost full front splits with no warmup! He also breezed through the RKC snatch test.

He's definately an inspiring guy. A jack-of-all-trades type, good at most all of it, quite interesting ideas too.
