Wondering what became of your PT for your ulnar nerve issue you posted last year. I'm having similar issues and had some nerve conduction studies done that indicate a problem with the ulnar nerve at my elbow. My Dr. just told me to stop doing exercises that bend my elbow. Kinda hard to any type of CrossFit workout without involving the elbow. I'd like to see someone else and get some physical therapy.
