I love it.

Congrats, Street!

Keep up the GREAT work!!!

5 Rounds for Max Reps of
1 Min Pullups
1 Min rings Dips
1 Min Rest...go again
Complete a max effort of either a 1 mile run or 1000m row either before or after the above 5 Rounds
76 Pullups / 71 Ring Dips
1K Row (after)= 3:56 PR

I liked it! Great programming by Shommy. First time I've broken 4 min on the 1K. My wheels about fell off at the end.
Had lower ab (groin-ish) pain again when kipping. Need to have this checked out asap.

10 min AMRAP 5 Pushups, 7 Med Ball Cleans, 9 Parallete Lateral Hops (right+left=1)
FS 115, 125, 135

Ab tear/strain is still there. Any lateral movement or bodyweight pullups/pushups feelsterrible lower abs just above the groin area. God, I hope it's not a hernia (which I've had before, post pregnancy)

Lucky 7
7 Rounds for time
7 Thrusters (65#W, 95#M)
7 Knees to Bar
7 Floor Wipers (65#W, 95#M) right+left=1 rep
7 No-Pushup-Burpees
7 Wall Ball Situps (20#M, 14#W)
Time=18:57 (Sub Back Ext for Floor Wipers, KTE on rounds 3-7)
I should not have done this WOD period. Uh, hello, Christin? Can you hear me? You've complained about a torn/trained lower ab/oblique for a week now, following the 5 Rounds of 30 GHD Situps/25 Back Ext WOD. What is wrong with you, you big freak?
I have an appointment to see a doc on Monday. I just hope to god it's not a hernia, which I have already had repaired 5 yrs ago.

Re: A Soccer Mom's Log

I'm officially on the DL since I can't kip/pushup without pain. Midline stabilization is a problem. Going to doc on Monday afternoon. My mood isn't good. Sleeping too much. Eating, saying and thinking bad things. I sure make an awesome nurse, but am a not a good patient.
