C,

Sounds like you had a blast on your run! Here's to getting in on the scenery and still covering the distance!

Re: A Soccer Mom's Log

Another bad night for my sweet daughter. She's still pretty sick and staying home again. I managed to get in another quick WOD. but ran out of time on the lifts.

Tuesday, March 24, 2009
Ran 5K on Dreadmill
Time= Slow for me. ~ 23-24min.

Power Cleans
5x5, stayed at 75 for all 5. Too tired to go heavy today.

AbMat Situps
3x25

Deadlifts
155x5
185x5
185x5
quit. too tired to lift. will do these again Friday or Saturday.

Rest Day Social Club anyone?
1. Which lift(s) could you really use some 1-1 coaching on?
Lots....squats, jerks, and cleans and of course snatches

2. Which lift, if any, do you think you've got down?
Presses and bench.

3. What movement do you wish showed up on the main site more often or for the first time?
KBS. Love them but don't see them often enough.

4. What movement do you wish showed up on the main site less often or never?
Not sure but pull-ups come up quite often (3xweek in volume); however I'm not complaining as I always need to work on them.

squats, DL, press(es)

3. What movement do you wish showed up on the main site more often or for the first time?
Turkish Get-ups

4. What movement do you wish showed up on the main site less often or never?
Nothing. If I hate it, then it means I need to work on it more. Hah.
