I've been a long time lurker on this board. My girlfriend and I love Crossfit, and enjoy the posts found on this site. We hand make training sandbags, and I'd like for everyone to check them out. We call them Brute Force Sandbags, and we just launched a website:

We do crossfit out of the garage, and I actively train and fight in muay Thai. I look forward to learning new things in the forum.
