CrossFitBWI/BullFit Grand Opening Feb 2nd in Glen Burnie, MD

We are having our grand opening/open house on Feb 2 10am-12pm/12-2pm. All are welcome to come check out the new place and enjoy.

There will be a mini WOD for everyone and a Full WOD for experience Crossfitters. Come dressed to work out.

Steven, It was great meeting you today. Thank you so much for showing me all the drills to help me complete levers and planche's. You have now given me something to do in my spare time and to frustrate me. Yeah I know I don't post nearly enough. Will work on it.

I posted on the other thread but I'll do it here too....

I'd like to thank Dale for opening his doors to the community like he did today, what an awesome way to get more people to realize the benefits of CrossFit! I had a GREAT time even though I was thoroughly worn out from the workout this morning! Great workout Dale! I met lots of great folks, sorry I can't remember everyone's names, my brain is basically mush right now! LOL!

Dale - Thanks so much for helping me with that snatch, I needed to see it done, and now I understand it.

Anita - if you read this it was great to meet you and Tinkerbell! LOL! Thanks for talking to me!

Steven - WOW! You are truly amazing! I can only hope to be 1/8 as good as you are on those rings one day! Thanks for your help! I am going to put your advice to use starting tomorrow....well, maybe Monday..I can't feel my shoulders.

If you get a chance stop by and check out the facility, Dale has a great set up and everyone is super friendly!

Hope to stop by again really soon!

Shannon - You're as enthusiastic in person as you are in the "comments"! Hope to see you soon too. I think my time would've been a little closer to yours if I had used Tinkerbelle, but Ryan won't let me
