Anyone ever deal with someone diagnosed with a "fatty liver"? What do you find the best approach for nutrition for optimal weight loss? I know fat is supposed to be low....but for how long? When do you know the liver is beginning to heal and can handle digesting more fat? Any other specific protocols like fasting, lemon and warm water in the AM, milk thistle, etc that aid in the regeneration of normal liver function? (outside of typical enzymes, probiotics, and healthy fruits and vegetables)

Milk thistle, R-alpha lipoic acid and getting down to normal-ish body mass. Fatty liver is a nasty situation and a sign of serious pathology.
