Im having elbow pains myself, I dont know what started it but it could have been a few things.
-Lifting heavy objects for work(delivery up to 1.5k#)
-Was holding weigts out like a inverted Iron cross
-was doing heavy double KB work, after work.
I would have posted under golfers elbow but I was having problems(noobie).
Anyways whats the best thing to do for my injured left elbow.
-Will do core work
-trigger point massage and ice and anti-inflam.
-will do leg work but how should I design a prgm with all the excercises available including running.
-and should I do 1 arm work with my right arm(stronger arm) like OAPushups, snatches, jerks, presses, TGU,swings etc... for strength or muscular endurance.
-what kind of excercises should I do with left arm to rehab it?
I know this is a lot of questions but im kind of freakin out cuz ive never really been injured and still addicted to fitness.
As for a lowerbody and core program can I train both 5x a week and run 2-4x LSD/Sprints or would that lead to overtraining? How many excercises are too much? Anyone with a similar problem have trouble on parallettes(L-Sit)?
