how or where would I find old WOD's so that I can refer back and start a training log

the archives. on the home page go to the yellow column at the right. scroll down about 3/4. there is a box that says select month.....there you go!

the archives. go to home page. the yellow column at right. scroll 3/4 the way down. select the month. voila!

Its cool that old WODs are available, but the way to browse them is pretty heavyweight. I'd love to see a big page listing all WODs from the last year or two, one line per WOD (linked to the archive entry). Seems easy to script up. Too bad the only web skillz I have are from 1995 :-)

I actually just created a workbook calendar yesterday on microsoft excel, each tab is a month of crossfit WOD's I just copy and paste from the main page and then insert a comment for my results, I like it so far and it's alot more convenient than browsing 400 comments. I even added a tab for personl data like weight and BF%, one for monitoring meals and daily caloric intake, and one where I track my personal records and dates I accomplish them!

that is cool to have taken the time to do that. I can imagin that it was a time comsuming endevour. That being said would you contemplate an upload sample?
