A kick in the pants

I've been on vacation for a week and out of my routine. I've been back now for four days and can't seem to get back into my workouts. I build custom iron furniture for a living and I'm sore and stiff and pulling muscles, etc. SOMEONE give me a motivational kick in the butt to start working out again!!!

If you are looking for us to motivate you, you need a bigger kick in the pants than you think. You know all the reasons why you should work out. Any of those should work. Get to it

Stronger more flexible muscles don't get sore and stiff as easy (Or at least that's what I'm told, I've never experienced that for myself )

Or how about this: In your Avatar I see kevlar and a rifle. Stronger people have a better chance of staying safe in extremis. Or if you're a vet, people are more likely to believe your stories if you look fit.

Or... More simply... STAY OFF THE Fing COMPUTER AND GET YOURSELF to the gym.

How's that?
