Muscle Milk

I've been using "Muscle Milk" before and after workouts. I feel it's a positive thing to do but I would like others feedback on using it, and/or other protein drinks.

I'll carry a few of the RTD shakes with me if I'm out in the field and don't have any other options available since, as protein shakes go, Muscle Milk is pretty low carb and a decent Zone balance (3P/1C/3F blocks IIRC). But the nutrition label still reads like a chemistry book so you're better off eating real food.

If it is all you got, then not bad.

Nowhere near as good as whole food, and more expensive then a lot of different lean meat whole food choices.
