Lower spine flexion.

I just got back from the chiropractor and I am having problems with my lower spine flexion which has been causing me lower back pain and making me feel stiff around my hips and lower back.

I have been looking in to reverse hyper machines and was wondering if anyone had any experience with one and if it would help with my problem?

Re: Lower spine flexion.

they're good all right, but you can just do 'em on a swiss ball too-

learn the prone cobra first; simple and effective......go for a 2:00 hold

riding bike's are bad for your back, I used to ride trials and had the same problem

I have seen them done on a swiss ball and power racks. It's a pretty expensive piece of equipment so it would be nice to rig something up. I will work on the prone cobra.

Thanks!
