Technically I think he could. Or he could just make a virtual net around an area keeping them out. Unless they were yellow.
I'm pretty sure most GL's would get docked by the Guardians for taking time out to surf though on the clock. Especially when they have to guard an entire sector of space. Hal Jordan, with 138 planets to keep track of, would have a helluva time finding some time to surf. And hold his day job pilot gig to pay the bills. |

Jeff I saw you post your numbers in another thread for CFT as 265/110/400. I knew we had similar numbers but I just did CFT for the first time a month or 2 ago and got 275/150/400 and I could have sworn you were a good amount stronger than me. What is your total at now?
