Anabolic diet, yay or nay poll
I'm 28, male, 181, 12% body fat.
I want to get on a diet plan, anydiet plan really but of warrior, metabolic and anabolic, anabolic seems best for me. I eaty the warrior way but anabolic seems better for me.
Did the anabolic diet treat you right during your duration of using it?

Re: Anabolic diet, yay or nay poll
Diet is a slippery word. Are you looking to jump on a program for a few months to achieve some goal or objective OR are you looking for a healthy eating pattern that you can do day in, day out, which also helps you achieve your goals?
How about this, eat the least processed foods you can afford, don't get hung up on carbs, dairy, grains and other topics that get beaten up on the forums pretty often, just find what works for you, tweak what doesn't and post your comments.
Asking for opinions, well, you'll get opinions, and they work for some, don't work for others and at the end of the thread, you'll be confused.
Food is Fuel, you decide if you want to fill up with 87 Octane or Rocket Fuel.
