back after resting sore shoulder, started off too hard and excited. i found an article in a mag. about crossfit, with a beginning week to see were you rate.

HELL WEEK: as follows
day 1: baseline
500m row
40 squats
30 sit-ups
20 push-ups
10 pull-ups
day 2: Helen
day 3: 4 rds
400 m run
50 squats
day 4: rest
day 5: dead lift
10,8,6,4,3,3,3,3
day 6: fran
day 7: murph

FRIDAY 080627 246

3 rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
1.5 pood Kettlebell swing, 21 reps
95 pound Thruster, 21 reps
21 Pull-ups

had to scale some
3 rounds in 17:58
run 400 meters (could have done 800)
1 pood Kettlebell swing 10 per arm (did not have 1.5 pood yet)
95 pound Thruster, 10 reps (first time and hard as )
10 Pull-ups with Iron Woody straps (still suck at pull-ups with bad shoulder)
