Practiced Hanging Power Clean with 45# bar. Ugly. Back to the dowel and pvc. Also adding the Burgener Warm-Up to the daily routine.

Just a shakedown cruise on the bike ... and to start getting my rear used to the bike again.

Run around the block(~1/2 mile) stopping at the playground to do jumping pull-ups. Couldn't get the last set of pull-ups because of little kids playing on the equipment. Don't they see what I am trying to do here?

155# I feel like this is more a form issue. I didn't trust myself with heavier.
