Metabolic Diet Logs
After reading the metabolic diet thread i decided to give it a shot. One week in i can echo a lot of the other MD'ers in that my energy levels are MUCH more consistent, hunger pangs are essentially gone and i feel like my body is working a lot more efficiently than on strict zone parameters.
I did all the math, read the PM article, looked on T-nation, saved the troubleshooting guide, adjusted my fat/carb blocks accordingly and have been pretty strict with it. My concern however is that if i want this to be sustainable for me i'd like some more options beyond the olive oil, natural PB, nuts, seeds and meat i've been downing thus far. If anyone can point me towards a good MD log or block chart that accounts for hidden carbs i would appreciate it greatly.
