Re: Take the new CrossFit test

Glad to see I'm not the only one who's rubbed the wrong way by some of the community lingo.

"I'm going to WOD at the box today" Oh man that gets to me.

Re: Take the new CrossFit test

"Man, last night I was at Andy's box and the WOD we did was absolutely crazy! It was an AMRAP with like pistols and wall ball and thrusters…totally ****in' nuts. I'm so happy there weren't any burpees though, that would have sucked almost as much as having to snatch afterwards. Snatches are a huge goat of mine"

Sometimes I ask relative newbies to relate their progress to absolute beginners and prospective CFers in order to inspire and encourage them, but when they start spouting our crap like this I can only shake my head at the mistake I've made.

Spending to much time with CF means you have to learn to talk American good again.

Also, people would probably classify me as Diet ****** #1.
