3 Bars of Death

4th CrossFit Workout. Did "Linda" aka "3 Bars of Death" This consists of Supersets of Deadlifts @ 1 1/2 x BW (255lbs); Benchpress @ BW (170lbs) and Power Cleans @ 3/4 BW (135lbs). Did 10 sets x 10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1. in just over 40 minutes. Very brutal!!!
