Swing form - video

Hello everyone,

I am new to crossfit and i am currently practicing my kettlebell swing.

I tried recording a grimey video showing me and my swing.

Please comment on my form!

I do feel a bit of tension in my lower back, are my spine neutral enough?

All the best

I would say put your shoulders back more and if you do not have any shoulder injuries try to go vertical with the swing, this is a good video for clarifying what I'm trying to say:

You're basically bumping the bell up with your hips. You need to tighten everything in your back up and not hyperextend on the hip thrust.
