If your not already doing it try taking in fish oil or some other Omega 3 supplement to increase your fat intake. Also nix the fruit and try drinking vegetable juice instead. If all else fails you could take 5-HTP (hydroxytryptothan) which will kill your craving for food.

I have to strongly disagree with the 5-HTP recomendation. Serotonin receptor resistance is analgous in the brain to the insulin resistance seen throughout the body...increasing a neurotransmitter which is at pathological levels is not a sound decision IMO. Read Lights Out:Sleep, Sugar, and Survival for a thorough investigation of this topic.
