God if only there was a search engine that was so all encompassing that its very name had become a verb in the English language.

Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL. It refers to the selection course for those aspiring to do the Navy's special forces.

Any links on where I can see Myth do some WODS?
Standard CF Blocks are x 0.75 For this kinda volume you'd want to look at x 0.90+. And depending on your BF% may want to look at a Fat Block multiplier increase as well?

This new fangled Inter-web really is amazing. And it seems that when ever I type in a question I get a reliable, trustworthy, and simple answer back.

You kids and your toys, next you'll be telling me I can send letters to my friends via it and not even have to pay postage.

Sean

So if I'm at 17 blocks for the standard CF, how would I determine my blocks for this style. I've already uped my fat intake.

The book says to take your Lean Mass and multiply it by the factor ( Usually 0.75 but with the higher volume perhaps 0.9). This gives you what your Protien intake should be in grams.

So if I had a Lean Mass of 150#
With a factor of 0.75 I'd normally need 112.5 grams of protien
But with the volume I'd have factor of 0.9 and I'd need 135 grams of protien

I then divide the grams by 7 to get number of blocks.
Normally 16 Blocks
Increased Volume = 19.25 Blocks

If you are on 17 Blocks, you probably should increase it by 20% to 20.5 Blocks.

That's alot of food brother. Maybe a 6-1-6-1-6 break?

I think it woul be easier to do 5-2-5-2-5-1

Last block being a cup of milk before bed?

Re: SealFit??

Or if you are not following Zone Proto. Doing paleo for example, find out what works. Add more food from carbs, fats, pro and just watch what happens to performance and body comp.
