I think he'd be ok with the running - if I saw this coming towards me on the rugby pitch I know how fast I'd be going.....in the other direction.........

Apparently there is nothing Marius cannot do. Our Polish Postman just told me he got to the semis in Dancing with the Stars in Poland.

I have always thought strongman is alot like Crossfit. Training for work capacity across time and modal domains, albeit a little different in the domain category to say the least
