I actually just saw signs for this place, and a few other very similar sounding trainers, all along the road down in Potomac. There were three or four different "boot-camp" style trainers, including this guy.

From where they were advertising and the website, it sounded like a light version of CrossFit for bored, rich Montgomery County housewives.

Hm, when I put it that way maybe I should check this out...
5'9" - 176lbs. - Down 30lbs. since starting CrossFit in July 2008
