Unless you're eating handfuls of almonds, I'm pretty sure you could be eating more satiating fat. Also, when you cook it, bacon doesn't have all THAT much fat, really.

Coconut oil. Coconut butter. avocado. brisket. pork shoulder. butter. YUM.

Just b/c you're getting everything your body needs doesn't mean that heathbar crunch cookies suddenly taste like dirt.

I'm off of espresso, sodas and baked goods this week. I don't usually have that many as it is, but I have a BJJ competition coming up. Passing up on cookies is going to be a big challenge for me. Soooooo good.

My phone's camera does not do this justice, there was so much peanut butter in that jumbo egg. You can notice a trend here
You really like the peanut butter and chocolate combo don't you your whole binge was just that

Yup, it's usually either that combo, chocolate chip cookie dough, or cinnamon rolls. What to eat this sunday night, decisions decisions...

I eat lots of almonds. I finish a 1lb bag in about a week.

Anyways, today I had my first cheat meal in a LOOOOONG time like a month +, I had pizza (5 slices!!!) at a going away party for half of our rotation that is redeploying back home to the states. Also had a sprite. I feel my stomach becoming flabby as I type this.

So I wish I could be eating those nice fats you mentioned. I'll be better when I get home, or worse due to the availability of more bad food.

Haha, no worries. I might not have mentioned it in this thread.

I wasn't saying it as a "duh I can't do that" kind of thing. So don't feel bad.
