Mark your calendars, ladies and gentlemen... Alex posted TWO, count 'em, two times without representing the makings of a short novel! Nice job, love

OK - sorry to hijack the thread. I get a kick out of keeping my fiance in line

Re: Crossfit Radio

See, the sad thing is that for each one of these shorter posts, I've got a much longer one in a different thread. So you're a *slightly* good influence...I guess. <3

Back on topic. I really enjoyed today's show. I think Neil did a great job interviewing Mike Boyle, especially since, by his own admission, he's not a "big dog." He asked Mr. Boyle several tough questions and, made him stand up to his statements. Which opened up some glarring holes in his armor - at least in my eyes. That's all anyone can ask for.

I liked Allyson's spot as well. It's interesting to think about the insults directed towards her in a much broader light. I hope that it gets people thinking about the words they put out there. Like Neil said, we're all guilty of it "saying" things that we later regret. I know I'll be making more of an effort to state my opinion without being rude or nasty. Thanks Allyson.

The short interview with Sean Waxman gave us a nice little hint as far as what's to come. Should be fun!

I can't forget Tony, lest he SPEAR my @$$, so yeah, he was pretty alright too! BTW, I'm part of one of the military professions that he mentions training (although I haven't had the pleasure of meeting him personally), and this stuff works. If you haven't gone to a cert or at least watched the videos and played with this stuff, you're missing out!

- Alex

PS: Damn, I broke my streak!

a sentence contains a subject and a verb.

Re: Crossfit Radio

Technically it only has to contain a verb.

Re: Crossfit Radio

Pretty sure you could get away with a proper noun.

Radio is solid; the interview with Boyle was a little tilted, as there was quite a bit of talking over each other, regardless of who's right or wrong.

I'm just glad we've got such a project in the community! CrossFit Live was great, and I've missed it ever since it was stopped.

Care to explain?

For the set up, 2 guys, a telephone, a laptop, it is my thought that it was good. hearing from people of Blauers caliber was great. I think it really opens some great pathways for communicating with the masses. Just think, how fun and informative would interviews with Coach, Rip, Rob, Everet, Burg, The Boz etc... be.

And its free!

Re: Crossfit Radio

This is a great thread.

Tomorrow should be a great show. We've got:

Kyle Maynard - to talk about his CF experiences
Lisa Lugo - representing our "Women in CF" segment
"Matt" - I can only call him "Matt." He is a marine sniper instructor. He has something to say about Gray Cook's accusation that "CrossFit is increasing injuries in the military."
Jason Khalipa - winner of the CFGs is going to tell us his secrets.

BTW - I've got Coach, Rip, Lon Kilgore and hopefully Robb Wolf getting together Tuesday eve - Oct 7th @ 6 PM MDT - we are going to address issues with the detractors of CF. We will stream it live AND podcast it.

Thank you for this thread. I'll keep you updated -
