Re: Price point on CF monthly membership?

Lets just say its Personal Group Training and call it a day so everyone can dance and sing together. As you know because you CrossFit its a unique training method.
I teach groups of 4 - 6 people depending on the WOD sometimes only 2 at a time. I am sure to pay strict attention to the clients and correct them on any form issues. Yes it is possible for someone to get by me on a few w/o me catching them.
I wouldnt say its like a spinning class of 30 students with the instructor spinning in front of a class. Hell there are times when I do the WOD with the group (again depending on the WOD). That seems to motivate them more. But thats me and someone else may disagree with my tactics.
One thing I can tell you if you come to my facility you are going to walk out saying to yourself that you just put 100% effort into your WOD. No matter if it s Weight Training Day, Cardio Day, or Gymnastics Day, or a Combo of all or some.
I had to laugh a few weeks ago I stopped by a Globo Gym and actually seen a personal trainer on his cell phone as the student was on his cell phone while doing a tricep push down. I wonder if they were talking to each other.
Thats my idea of Personal Training.

Re: Price point on CF monthly membership?

CF is just like any Combat Sport School.
You go to a School (CF Affiliate) and you TRAIN.

Wether its a JJ school, Judo,Muay Thai,Vale Tudo,Pankration.....etc or a
CF location its where you go to Train your Skills.

CF is a developed skill.
You just cant get in the ring and think you can fight...You'll get crushed.

Classes at a ma school are run the same way as CF group classes they
also offer private lessons.
The better students will sometimes get less attention when there
are students with lesser skills in the class thats just how it goes.
If your good your good if your not you require more attention from the

Stop comparing CF to Globos they are nothing alike.
How many globos have ropes/rings hanging from their ceilings?
Allow you to drop weights use sledge hammers toss sandbags help you with your POSE technique....etc.
Hold a stop watch for you, cheer you on,correct your form and Help You Push The Limits.
And my favorite, 200m Sled Drags and part of the last 100m is up a DAMN HILL..Damn that hill....

The list goes on as to why CF is nothing like globos.

Dont Like it Dont Train Here.

And Matt have you stopped by CF Tampa to see Nate?

I attended the inaugural CF Tampa workout, and our team finished first hehe.

I haven't been back since, but will eventually make it over there
