can anyone help me extimate costs? Specifically:
-Flooring 2k sq feet
-Adding lifting platforms (5 would be my estimate for 2k sq foot)
-An estimate of prices or sources where I can get the prices of cheap yet reliable training equipment (barbel, plates, plyo boxes, ropes, kettlebells). Anything traditionally found in a CF facility.

I plan to do my own research on the forums for the last part, but I won't be able to get to it until late tonight.
1. Flooring - $30 per mat 3/4", 1 mat = 24 ft. sq. ($2550)
2. Platforms - $25 per sheet of plywood, 1 sheet = 32 ft. sq. ($125)
3. Equipment - 1 set of Bumpers + 1 men's Bar + 1 Women's Bar ($840) 6 Plyo Boxes ($360), 1 set of Rings ($70), 24 ft. of Pull-Up bar ($180), 1 Squat Stand ($125)

There's alot more ****, but this will give you a start.

Re: Create a Small Business HELP

Lol, I don't mind Randy. I just hope this is used to help future affiliates to get started.

Question 1: Would platforms be put on top of mats or do I need to remove the mats where the platforms would be placed.

Question 2: Do I need only 1 sheet of plywood for a liting platform?

Question 3: WTH is a women's bar??? And I thought I read something about traditional bars and another different type of olympic lifting bars. What are the differences and do I need both?
