Very tough WOD
I thought I would modify a WOD that was posted a little ways back.
It was 50 squats, 5 or 7 muscle ups, 10 135lb power clean i think it was 5 rounds.
I decided to, how do I say, enhance it a bit...
I added a 20lb vest.
20 Squats- 5 muscleups-10 95lb powercleans
If anyone else wants to be sore for a couple days give this a try. Pace your muscleups!! my 2nd round took me longer than any other because I couldnt get the muscleups. Very good workout though!!
