Re: What's your no-fail pump up playlist?

Poking around my iTunes folder one day I made up a playlist called:

"Recovery"

My ****'s ****ed Up, Warren Zevon
Hurt, Johnny Cash
It Hurts so Bad, Susan Tedeschi
Everybody Hurts, R.E.M.
Permanant Hurt, John Hiatt
It Hurts Me Too, Eric Clapton
House of Pain Anthem, House of Pain
Hurt, Nine Inch Nails
Dead Bodies Everywhere, Korn
Let The Bodies Hit The Floor, Drowning Pool
Sick Boys, Social Distortion
Screw You Guys, I'm Going Home, Cartman from South Park

Eclectic, yes, but it does the job when I'm busy making a sweat angel.

Re: What's your no-fail pump up playlist?

What I use to psyche myself up at home or before a workout is looping some:

Andrew W.K.- Party Hard, It's Time to Party, I Love NYC
Linkin Park-Given Up, Bleed It Out, Papercut
The Prodigy-Voodoo People
Korn-Coming Undone
Dropkick Murphys- Shipping Up to Boston
E Nomine- Das Omen
Rammstein- Feuer Frei

All good songs to keep a solid, fast pace and pump you up.

It varies, but lately All That Remains does a pretty good job of keeping the blood pumping.

Anything by Rise Against. They may rub a few people wrong with their extreme political views, but their music really pumps me up.
