Thanks to this site

This is prompted a bit by the post on sprinting drills. I'd just like to say thanks to everyone that contributes to this site and the forums. Over here in WA we have no crossfit so everything I do is courtesy of peoples posts and the videos etc etc. Remote control. What I have been really appreciating is the technique stuff on deadlifts, squats, o/h squats etc. All the posterior chain stuff. I feel I am doing these so much better now. I managed 3 sets of o/h squats and 3 of front squats yesterday without feeling I was aggravating my knee. No pt at the gym has been able to do that. So keep up the good work guys!

Re: Thanks to this site

Unfortunately not! I was born with loose joints so my shoulders - at least one does stuff shoulders shouldn't! I've already had the other one fixed. My back wanders all over the place and is the bane of my life at the moment. I have always just done lots of stretching too since I've run for years and running supposedly tightens up lots of things- like hip flexors.
