I'm not content to be a crossfit dabbler anymore. My rings have arrived and there is a new park in Russian Hill (San Francisco) that will accommodate much of the WODS. I spent 30 minutes yuesterday convincing Pukie to come back tommorrow. (Barbara in 26 minutes, on rings: you got to love a routine that is 26 minutes of activity, followed by thirty minutes repeating "notgunnapukenotgunnapukenotgunnapuke")
Is there anybody in the area, or are all y'all comunitng to San Jose everyday?

I can probably get you into my Gym too for the weights.

Some guy names Micah just did his first muscle up (post in another board). I vowed long ago not to get showed-up by guys named Micah, but I could use a workout partner (Reads: Too poor to buy my own kettlebell)

First off that's a drag about your guy named Micah...the shame.

I live in the haight and am always looking for people to work out with...slim pickins around this part of the city unless you're interested in jogging and going home to a bowl-a-granola (I'm not).

I have one of each size kettlebell: 12, 24, and 32kg. Living one block from the panhandle and about two-and-a-half from Buena Vista park (which has rings and a jungle gym) provides some excellent environments to destroy your body with.

Shoot me an email if you want to work out sometime.

Sean - before Lynne gets on you about only using your first name, add your last name. Board rules.

Micah did indeed beat Brian and me to the muscle up and can also do 42 pullups. He has been having very great results with CrossFit and in spite of his name is extremely fit. What's wrong with Micah? You live in a city with guys named Star, Sally and Roberta.

Good luck with the still eludes me.
