A Goal ..

Just read this awesome letter on the mainpage from MAJ M in Afghanistan. It had some things I hadnt heard of, so I googled them.

Now .. I am totally inspired!

I watch lots of vids with guys .. and they are very helpful in regards to tech and all, but being a woman, I want to see what other women are doing .. are capable of.

Our box has a challenge coming up, so Im thinking my weakest point here is the Muscle Ups .. so that would make for a first personal goal.

The other elements - the Squats and Hang Power Cleans - I can work in the mean time. Right now, I have a great Squat (all that Yoga), and am really getting into weight lifting.

So .. knowing that its always best to start at the beginning .. I think the Muscle Ups can be that for me. After that .. scale those Nasty Girls so I can meet them head-on!

I gotta get moving!

yew! a goal is always the best way to keep moving forward!
ive got a goal of sub 7 min Rxed fran by november 1 this year. So on november 1st ill come back to this thread and tell yo how i went :P
