Mike Mahler talks a lot about naps right after workouts and the positive effect they have on hormones- I think it was growth hormone in particular?

Thank you so much everyone for the replies! Looks like I'm reading into it to much which is good because I love my naps haha.

I love my nanny naps - had a good 2hr one after doing Fran this morning - and i do believe it does help with recovery etc - I usually have a boiled egg or small steak then nap - I also don't eat pre workout but drinks a 1.5lt bottle of H2O when finished
